Every order is individually inspected and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces
Pre-order and made-to-order items require additional preparation time before dispatch.
The estimated dispatch timeframe will always be shown on the relevant product page before purchase.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and seasonal demand.
- United Kingdom — 1–3 working days via Royal Mail.
- United States — 2–5 working days via DHL Express.
- Canada Express — 3–5 working days via DHL Express.
- Canada Economy — 15–28 working days via Royal Mail.
- Europe Express — 2–5 working days via DHL Express.
- Europe Economy — 3–15 working days via Royal Mail.
- Rest of the World — Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Please allow additional time during Ramadan, Eid and other peak trading periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery destination, parcel weight and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.
You can follow your parcel directly using the tracking link provided.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by their destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included within our product prices or shipping charges.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the parcel.
