Are your abayas true to size?

Our abayas are designed to be true to size with a relaxed, modest silhouette. We recommend choosing your size using your height and bust measurement. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Size Guide.

What size should I choose?

Your abaya size is usually selected by length. For example, a size 58 abaya measures approximately 58 inches from shoulder to hem. If you are between sizes, contact us with your height and bust measurement and we can recommend the best fit.

Do your abayas come with a matching hijab?

Some styles include a matching hijab or scarf, while others are sold as single pieces or sets. Please check the product description for exactly what is included.

Are your pieces limited edition?

Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, particularly handmade, embellished, natural fibre and deadstock fabric pieces. Once sold out, they may not always be restocked.

Do you restock sold-out styles?

Selected core styles may be restocked, but limited edition, seasonal, handmade or fabric-limited pieces may not return. We recommend joining our mailing list or checking Instagram for restock updates.

Are your fabrics breathable?

We work with a range of fabrics including natural fibres, cottons, linens, crepes and occasionwear fabrics. Fabric details are listed on each product page so you can choose the piece best suited to your needs.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or amend it.

Can I return my order?

Eligible standard items may be returned within our returns window, provided they meet our returns conditions. Handmade, customised, altered, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive and sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Why are some items non-returnable?

Some pieces are made, finished or adjusted specifically for the customer. Others include handwork, lace, embellishment or hygiene-sensitive items such as hijabs and scarves. These items cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-measure?
