July Complimentary UK Standard Delivery — Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is available on eligible online orders placed between 1 July 2026 and 11:59pm on 31 July 2026.
2. The offer is available for delivery to UK addresses only.
3. Customers must spend £125 or more on products in a single order to qualify.
4. Complimentary delivery applies to standard UK delivery only. Express, next-working-day, timed and other upgraded delivery services remain chargeable at the normal rate.

The offer applies across all of our standard UK parcel-weight bands:

The applicable delivery band will be determined by the weight of the parcel when the order is prepared for dispatch.

7. If a customer makes a partial return and the value of the products they retain falls below the £125 qualifying threshold, the standard outbound delivery charge applicable to the original parcel may be deducted from the refund.
8. This ensures that complimentary delivery is only retained where the final value of the products kept by the customer remains at or above £125.
9. No outbound delivery charge will be deducted where the value of the products retained remains £125 or more.
10. Return postage remains the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
11. The delivery deduction will not apply to returns involving faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

12. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotional period.
13. Abayas Boutique reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary.
14. Nothing in these terms affects the customer's statutory rights.
