This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring that your orders meet the highest standards. Every piece goes through meticulous scrutiny before it's sent out. In adherence to the highest standards of hygiene, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate returns for scarves. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we implore you to promptly contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Rest assured, we will do our best to address the issue promptly. Note, self-repairs and any alterations made by the customer void the right to a refund.
