Refunds Policy for Standard Handmade Items

At Abayas Boutique, while all our pieces are handmade with care, we offer refunds for items that do not feature intricate handwork, such as our standard everyday collections.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are allowed within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with packaging intact.
  • Process: Please contact us within 14 days for return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after receiving the returned item.

No Refunds Policy for Handwork Items

Given the exclusivity of each design and the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for any orders as they are custom-made to your selected requirements. Please ensure you select carefully regarding style, colour, and size, as we customise lengths to your selection.

This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring your orders meet the highest standards. Every piece undergoes meticulous scrutiny before shipping, helping us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our creations. In adherence to hygiene standards, we cannot accommodate returns for scarves.

In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will address the issue promptly, but self-repairs or customer alterations will void the right to a refund.
