Shipments & Delivery Policy

At Abayas Boutique, we confidently take on feedback from our customers and use it to implement a positive change. Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible.


How long will you take to process & dispatch my order?

We normally process & dispatch orders within 48 hours, ensuring order confirmation is complete and payment is received. During busier time frames (such as Eid & Ramadan periods) we try our utmost to ensure promptness. Customised items may take up to 3-4 days to complete before dispatch.

Please note we can only dispatch you order Monday to Friday (up to 5 pm) and Saturday before noon. There are no delivery services working on Sunday or Bank Holidays, so in these instances please expect immediate dispatch the next working day.

You can login to your account to view your order status. We will also keep you updated by email; confirm your order, when it is dispatched and tracking details.


UK Delivery

We offer a range of postage choices for the UK and Internationally. Please read further for more.


UK Economy Courier Service

You will receive your delivery within 2-3 working days after you place your order (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

The cost is £3.00 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8 am and 8 pm. A signature may be required on bigger orders.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Alternatively, you can keep updated using the tracking information the courier will provide directly to you by email.


UK Standard Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for First Class costs £4.50 and Second Class £3.90.

You will receive your delivery within 5 working days after you place your order (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

You will be provided with your tracking number to keep updated with your orders progress. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a card will be left telling you how you can pick it up.


Your Shipment

  • Next Day delivery is not available over the weekend only working days Monday to Friday. Important note that Next day delivery cost of £8.55 for UK only is only available before 1pm otherwise it will be posted the next day. 

  • If you order on Friday for next day Saturday delivery is only available before 1pm and costs more
  • Next day delivery does not apply to International Orders
  • All orders over the value of £10.00 will be sent recorded delivery there is a standard cost for shipping according to the weight of the parcel. 
  • When the goods are dispatched, please allow 1-3 working days for them to reach you in the UK and for international orders, please allow between 5-10 days for them to reach you from the time your order status is updated to shipped.
  • If you do not receive your goods within 3 working days and within 10 working days for international orders from the time your order status is updated to shipped, please email us or call us ++44 (0)7961143083 quote your order number. (Please do provide all your contact details so we can respond effectively inshaAllah).
  • Please ensure your shipping address you specified is correct and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order, as you cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped for that specific order. If your shipping address was incorrect and decide to change to a different address while the order is shipped already, you will need to pay for your order again, including p&p. There will be no refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • If no one is in to receive the order, usually you will receive a card/note saying the order is at your local post office, which you need to take that note and your identification to collect your order. Another scenario (also due to incorrect addresses) is the package will be sent back to us, then you have to wait for the order to return back to us and you will have to pay for the shipping costs again. Last scenario, is the order is totally lost due to incorrect address or no one was able to receive the order, which there will be no refunds.
  • So please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively. An email will be sent automatically regarding your order so do double check all the details are correct or contact us asap so it can be amended.
  • If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will, insha'Allah try to accommodate them.
